I doubt it. It'd probably take them longer to train them up than to just concentrate on working.

No... but they have to be trained on work place aggression, how to not discriminate based on race, religion, sex, etc... how to feel good about themselves, how to exercise during your lunch break, how to invest in retirement, and sooner or later, they get around to how the ATF forms work.
On a sidenote did you see that silencer shop is putting a kiosk in Cherokee Gun and pawn
