Looks like you won't need a permit much longer in WV to carry concealed firearms.

Lawmakers in West Virginia shot down their Democratic governor’s attempt at clamping Second Amendment rights, voting to overturn his veto of a bill that gives all residents age 21 and over the right to carry a concealed weapon without a permit.

Good and bad. Good if you only carry in WV. The bad is don't be surprised if other states won't have reciprocity with WV because of their not requiring any training to get a permit. That's one of the reasons I hope Ohio does not adopt a similar policy. I'm fine with the training requirements if it means I can carry in more states.
