Springfield RO in 9mm. Factory adjustable rear target sight. This pin walks it's way out every box or less of ammo shot. Once I didn't notice it and shot like 75 rounds and it was twice as far out!

Because it's suffering from a lack of Gorilla glue. Couple dabs on the end of that pin and you should be gtg.

There's cheaper options. That's a Harrison sight which those aren't cheap. Just Google "fixed Bomar 1911 sights" and it will come up with plenty of options ranges.
