Where to find Assembled A2 upper receiver

I want a to build a 10.5" gun with a2 upper receiver, but apparently a2's are OOS everywhere. Anyone got a line on some?

I put in a wanted to buy add add on ODT for one last year with 0 expectations but figured I'd try before buying new since it was a Cerakote project anyway. Within 30mins local guy sold me a Colt for $30.
