Once you have the stamp for an AR SBR you're pretty much married to it. Who'd want to pay for someone else's trust name engraved on the side? My tavor isn't going anywhere. Other than those and one heirloom piece - a BAR-22 - nothing is safe.

My point was only on a form 1 do you need to "engrave your name & city" on it, form 4 factory built guns only has the manufacturer.
Well, I won't be selling the ones I have 2x their value tied up in add on parts. I mean really, how the hell do I have a grand in a 10/22? That includes the scope, but still.
Yeah- I hear ya. I'm only deep into a couple of ARs and they share the same can. But they're not worth much until I find the one person that likes Geissele triggers and has a Specwar to fit my mount. I'd consider the optics separate- those can always go on their own.

I have around 10 M1-Garands that I would never sell but the other 42 M1-Garands well you never know.
I've never had to really wait to shoot anything.... the advantages of your class 3 dealer being family with a range on the property.
