That was only part of it. They want them banned. I regret buying my son his cleats there last week. We tend to avoid Academy like the plague bc their service is so shitty. Looks like it's Amazon for his stuff now.

Doubt it. FFL holders are allowed to refuse a sale if they deem necessary. I stopped a guy one day based solely on his shitty attitude he was giving us.
There is a difference between having a bad feeling about someone and just denying people based on age. I think they should be able to deny anyone they want. Let the market sort it out. That being said, they have shut down bakeries for not making a wedding cake.

I can't explain how much I hate this argument. It is completely backwards. If this was the thought process of the founders we wouldn't even have the second amendment. The fact that the second amendment exists is proof that this is not proper analysis. We should be saying that if we have to put up with a small minority of people abusing their freedoms and harming others in order to live in a free society, it will be worth it.
