I don’t get any funny feelings from her. Honestly I think the house would easily sell for more but the money is close enough and this is very convenient...We don't have to field anymore phone calls or host anymore showings and we got a good vibe from her and her family.
IF she backs out, there's more money to be had so I'm good with either scenario.
