So is 'new' freedom munitions ammo usually this...dirty/tarnished?

I've run a lot of their .223 and .308 reman through my guns, and had pretty good accuracy with both.
I've found it to be reliable, and especially the .223 was more accurate than a lot of the other stuff I've tried. One of my buddies was having trouble hitting anything at 500 yrds one day, so I gave him a .223 mag of mine - and he was so happy he bought a case the next day.

Only reason I can't say the same about the .308 is that I was having gun-related accuracy issues at the time (Mossberg MVP .308 LR - The factory ended up replacing the barrel, barrel nut, AND the stock), and by the time I got it back my membership at the 500yard range had expired, and I couldn't take every Wednesday off to go shooting anymore, anyway. But at shorter distances, it's been just fine.
