Stock number is the inspector stamp, IIRC. So ours were inspected by different starving Chinamen.
I just got into SKS this year, Arsenal 26 is the most valuable of all Chinese SKS, I did pick up that much..

If you don't know, it's cheaper to buy a plane ticket to ny, go for 3 days, and get your ring there ....... Cheaper to do that than get the same ring anywhere else in the country.
