I started after my heart attack (caused by blood pressure).
About 8 months later I started adding some higher sodium foods, I was averaging around 1000mg. Which means some days less, some much less.
I thought that was too close to the 700mg you must have for your heart to function.
(RDA is 2400, general guideline is 2000 [which makes it easy, since it's for a 2000 calorie diet], Heart Association recommendation is 1500-1800. Took me a long while to get that out medical professionals.)
Anyone have any experience with the ATN pro 4K? I’ve checked out reviews and videos on it and it seems solid for that price range. It’ll primarily be on a suppressed .22 bolt gun shooting subsonic at stuff around the yard. When I beat my medical shit it’ll be on something larger hunting totes, etc. Self imposed budget around $800.

This pistol is too nice to be Romanian
Rivets are great, finish is superb, no metal shavings in the inside and the sights are straight. No mag wobble, action is fantastic and it is nicer than my Draco. For sure. I hate to say it.I’m blown away at how nice this gun is. Cugir steeping up their game! The brake intrigues me for sure
