Don’t over pay for one of these 450-500 max@AC-130 Above worth it?
Not Soviet. They make true black now (AK103), but it is plastic, not bakelite. All AK74 grips (pre AK103) were shades of red and orange bakelite.Don't think the Chicom grips were this shape so probably not. @Jeddak you ever seen one of these before?
Yeah maadi grips are like that ABS plastic they feel cheap and brittle but they’re cool and blueThis grip definitely isn't blue. I hit it with 1,200 lumens and it is jet black. I know 100% it is bakelite too and not plastic.

What about that Hesse you were gonna cut into a parts kit?
So that crap would need to be cleaned off the trunnion and barrel before any assembly could begin. I get it.It's not one for an inexperienced builder. The trunions are welded to the receiver and barrel components are welded to the barrel

Justtrying to think creatively for @Gaige’s Somali build, figured it’s a little fucked already so ruining it in saltwater would be no great loss. But it’s also a .223, and would have to be sent to a builder to get it done, and by that time it’ll be expensive.
Right?
