New Vortex Strikefire 2 on my dedicated 22lr AR

I just fitted my new Strikefire II to my Colt M4-22 and took her out for a spin. It was awesome, I literally mounted it to the flat top and went shooting, no dialing in as of yet and was popping the orange bouncing feedback ball all over the backyard. I only got out to about 25 yards but it was slot on with ease. I'll spend some time with it this weekend and fine time it on the 50 yard line.

It's a pain in the ass to turn on and off. Definitely not quick.

I spent 2 quality hours and shot around 300 rounds with the setup today. I got it dialed in pretty good and practiced turning it off and on between magazines. I'm digging this optic so far. Hopefully my Aimpoint Pro will be here soon for my AR not-SBR.

I gave up on trying to remember to turn optics off. I just leave them on now
