for range use, yes... for carry.. HELL NO! too many legal issues if you have to discharge it.
There are no laws that have anything to do with modifications as long as it does not cause the firearm to fall into a class 3, or something like destroying the serial number.
So does that mean any Glock that has a 3.5 disconnect make the glock illegal? or an SRT package for a Sig?? etc. etc.....

When the new ones go for ~$800, well there are many better options.

Great shooters - for sure - but I don't think the extra two bills gets you a substantially better SAO pistol than say a CZ-75SA.

No illegal, but if used in a self defense situation, any gun hating attorney will try and prove you had intentions of premeditated murder. Far fetched but hell.. If you can get off with being super privileged... Then you can get off for modding your gun
