Looks like the LC9 is going to be my next purchase. Im going to get it with a laser, just not sure which model to get. Either the Lasermax or the Crimson Trace. Which model does everyone have and which one you guys prefer? Thanks Rob

Rob...you are gonna love this pistol!!. I'm not a laser guy, so someone else is going to have to steer you on that part. I have about 1500 rounds through mine...and it is still purring like a kitten. An amazing gun for all day cc. and a great shooter. The trigger pull does take getting used to ...but worth the trip!! Enjoy bud!

I don't have a laser Rob, but if I was going to get one it would definitely be the Crimson Trace - activated easily by the grip button. The Lasermax has to be switched on, and stays on till switched off.

Exactly. No laser for me. If I did get one it would be CT.

I won the CT laser in the last raffle. Put it on my wife's LC9 and have dry fire practiced it at home. It hasn't been to the range yet.
It lights up as you establish your grip and doesn't interfere with it. You do not need to establish a sight picture to see if you've got your target. I'd never want to shoot in an awkward or off-balance position, but it helps to feel things out if that became a necessity.
I really like it as a practice tool, but I don't want to build a dependence on using it and I do not have a holster that accommodates the LC9 with the CT. So for me, it's a practice tool. On or off in a SD situation would be irrelevant. The holster? That 's a bit of a game changer for me.

I love my Lc9, have shot the heck out of it and it gets on trucking. I started reloading and did a lot of rounds specifically for this gun. Reduced loads that don't have as much recoil and less wear and tear. I vote against the Laser. Just not a fan, I feel I can shoot faster and more accurate without. I have two now that I just use to let my dog have something to chase in the fields at night. She votes for the laser, just loves them.
