- I downloaded all of the applications and had everything filled out.
- I had to show that I had at least 16 hours of firearms training to demonstrate competency with a firearm.
- I traveled down to Sarasota (Siesta Key) for a long weekend and made it a productive holiday by making an appt. with the Sheriff's office and getting finger printed, and submitting my application. It took about an hour to do everything and cost me a little over $100 all said and done with finger print fees and license fee.
- It took about 6 weeks for it to arrive in the mail.
