does anyone know if HK does something like Glock does where you can drop off or mail in the gun to them and they do a once over and give it a tune up?

HK's don't require such a service. 
Is it malfunctioning? If you're looking to freshen up the springs, I'd just order some new ones from hkparts.net or Wolff.

is it malfunctioning?...... lol, its an HK they dont malfunction. just want to have the factory give it a once over and send it off for a spa day. I went back to it as my main EDC since the 509 I just got had 3 FTE's the first day at the range.HK's don't require such a service.

I don't know of any HK specific service like that, but if you're having problems with that I'd be hesitant to let anybody fuck with it.
