Help with fair value

I need some input on what a fair value for a AR in 7.62x39.

Basic run down
Spikes punisher lower
Sota arms upper 11.5" (pretty sure on length)
Sig brace
With and without vortex optics

Other than that pretty much basic parts. Here's is a picture of the rifle. Thanks in advance

Long story, but a good buddy of mine wanted me to build him one exactly like mine. So I am considering selling it and building one more suited for the suppressor.

I really didn't want to sell mine, but would cause he absolutely loved the pistol and he is that good of a friend.

Mine is a 10.5" barrel under a 12" Seekins RAD rail.
