Really? It's supposed to do that? It doesn't on my gen 3.

I didn't say it supposed to. If I slam a mag home hard, the slide would ride forward. It's never caused a malfunction so I'm not worried about it. My 19 does it, don't know if my 17 does, but it hasn't been shot near as much.

My g19s do it on occasion but I try not to slam them hard enough to make it happen. I know some guys like it and modify thier guns to make it happen consistently.

I'm goin to see if I can make my 19 squirt.

Well, 19's legal last time I checked, so go for it.

I've done it on my Gen 3 G17 and G34... however, I was definitely not being delicate with either of them. On a regular mag change, no it won't release. But slapping the mag in like it's your ex-wife, yes, the slide will release.

My G19, G21, and G17 never squirted.... If in the right position, and slamming it from the bottom, it might squirt, but it sometime's it locks up, and I can't put any rounds down range...

Mine did it on occasion when I switched it out....that's why I stopped messing with my carry handguns.
