i was in the need of a 1911 a while back for a project and i was searching for a used one. i ended up buying a new ATI 45 commander for just under $400. i really wasn't expecting much but after taking it out the first time i loved it. i'll end up buying another one for sure. for a budget priced 1911 you can't beat it.
