1911 link size

I have a Sig threaded 1911 barrel I plan to use in my RIA 5". I need a link & pin. What do the link sizes mean?

You can either try it & adapt(look for battering on the barrel lugs or extremely tight lock-up) or measure everything & order the length you need. Every gun is slightly different, there is no drop in solution for a match grade 1911.

Last time I fit a barrel to a 1911, I bought the link kit that had (maybe??) 5 links in it- work through them and see which one locks the barrel to the slide and the frame to the barrel.

Or if you have my luck, none of them will work and you have to file the barrel to frame fit.
