I know that Trijicon uses tritium-filled glass inserts for their night sights. Does anyone know if this material is available to us hobbyists to install in sights? I'm thinking that if we could buy just the inserts from Trijicon, maybe we could install them in holes we would drill in our own...

I went to a Fleet Farm today. There's tons of .22 ammo there and even a couple dozen boxes of .223 ammo (two American brands). I didn't check the pistol ammo because they have it locked up out of sight and I was short on time.
