You may need a titanium hammer. That's what all the farmers with elbow problems use. They are light but hit like a heavier hammer. Problem is they cost a pretty penny

Sorry about your hammer. As for finding a replacement that would really depend on what you plan on doing with it. While a $200 hammer makes sense for some, most can get by with a $5-10 wood handles model. What do you hammer??
