I'm with you. I've heard from various people that the "plan" is to tuck it into another bill. We also have to remember that Trumps son is a gun guy and hopefully we start hearing more about him fighting for gun rights soon.
Well let's not forget that it isn't trump who writes it. I think with as much attention it's gotten, the NRA support, and a couple other things we may see congress push it through. Especially as a way to spite democrats.
Oh I'm not waiting, I'm saving up for that Dobbs can and will get it as soon as I got the funds together. I meant more along the lines of when the law starts making real progress.
For example it passes in say September but doesn't go into effect till January. If you buy in Sept but have to...
I have a Blackhawk bipod I got as a gift on one of my rifles and it does the job fine and hasn't given me any problems. That said I will be getting a Harris for my 10/22 soon.
For those who are in the know.
I am planning on buying a can soon. If, somehow the HPA passes while I'm waiting on the stamp to come back, would I be able to just go get my suppressor?
I wouldn't think so, wouldn't it need some sort of chamber to be in violation?
I'm totally going to have to put a potato on my AR next time I shoot it.
The shotgun is the only thing I dont have. Well, I have one but its for bird hunting.
I have watched reload styles and that would take a bunch of practice, I should probably buy some 12g dummy rounds.
I keep meaning to give IDPA a shot since there are several matches close by.
I think Stoddards in Douglasville does a IDPA style carbine match from time to time. Id be will to meet you out there to try it out if you want. @BackWoods could possibly tell us when the next one is.
