Well, that gets back to my statement about what you expect from a sling. A good quick adjustable sling like the VCAS allows you to change lengths almost instantly. This is important for transitions, weak side shooting or stowing the gun quickly & securely for use of both hands.

How does it adjust? Is it considered Quick Adjust?

I suppose that depends on what you expect from your sling.

Exactly. AR500 makes alot of unfounded or outright misleading claims. M193 will zip through most of their plates at close range.

Yep. Level III plates. But I still don't understand why people are willing to use steel plates. One piece of spall into the neck, groin or thigh and you are done. Hard armor is not something to skimp on. And you can find some pretty good deals on Level III+ ceramics for just a little more money...
