    If someone wants to try it, I'll do it. But it's all on the customer and I won't be calling the NFA branch to check the Form 3 every time they get curious.

    I do. I would not file the Form 4 before the Form 3 came back approved right now. NFA branch says Form 4s are 5 months out but it's inevitably going to go up. I don't think it's worth the risk and hassle. Not on my end at least.
