get the hahn precision bottom loading mag block. then you don't have to remove the bolt catch to change from 9mm to 556/300/762/etc.

even though folks rave about the metric left hand factory Glock threaded barrels, you'll probably find that it's cheaper and easier to go with an after market 1/2x28 barrel. the pistons and mounts are much easier to find in my experience.

I think we're ignoring the larger issue here: will you ever get a good decibel reduction with a 762x39 AK? I've contemplated having mine threaded for a spec war 762 but all my research says it's expensive, risky, and not as effective in sound reduction as one would hope.

Some 9mm barrel mfgs will thread 1/2x28 - adco and maybe ballistic advantage. Most don't because they don't want you to mistakenly put a .223 muzzle device on a barrel with a larger diameter bullet like a .38 caliber 9mm. Bad things can happen when your bullet is larger than your muzzle...
