LOL Got my sweat on today too. 2 miles and 44 squats of 135lbs in full sweats with plates on.

LOL Got my sweat on today too. 2 miles and 44 squats of 135lbs in full sweats with plates on.
Ended up with 420 reps of lat pulls from 150 down to 90 and 445 shrugs from 275 down to 95 (100 rep final set)

My upper back is wrecked now

300 ft of gain and 8:30. I ran with a friend that's coming off of an achilles injury. We always do a 9ish min mile for about 1-2 miles to warm up before getting into the meat of the run. It brings the overall average pace down, but it's necessary and helps prevent injuries.

Nice, I havent run much since I got back from vacation. Man vacation is great because I get to sleep in, eat better, I have time to exercise... Hell I was running and working out while there. I come back to normal life and seem to have no time for exercise... Freaking sucks. I was avging under 9 mins though. I mean I had to work for that haha.

Nice, I havent run much since I got back from vacation. Man vacation is great because I get to sleep in, eat better, I have time to exercise... Hell I was running and working out while there. I come back to normal life and seem to have no time for exercise... Freaking sucks. I was avging under 9 mins though. I mean I had to work for that haha.
It helps to find someone to run with you a couple days a week. We get together on Tuesdays and Thursdays and have a couple beers afterward. Then all you need to do is find a couple more days in the week to sneak out for 45 mins and you have a great regimen going. It's worth prioritizing.

im just now getting back into working out and just got a bench and weights put in the house so im having to start out slow. right now 50 reps of 100 split into 10 a piece broken up by 15 leg extensions and curls of moderate weight and 30 sit ups. so far its whipping me pretty good but not killing me, I've REALLY got to start on my cardio and am just gonna try to run laps around the graveyard behind my house but I know im gonna hate it

It helps to find someone to run with you a couple days a week. We get together on Tuesdays and Thursdays and have a couple beers afterward. Then all you need to do is find a couple more days in the week to sneak out for 45 mins and you have a great regimen going. It's worth prioritizing.

You're going to need to find someone that can maintain a similar pace, or get good at pushing yourself.
